Our very best Carroty Cake can be made anytime at home. Our new packaging makes TWO loaves or round cakes, perfect for a layered carrot cake, or, make one a time and save the rest of the mix for another time. We love to bake and freeze this cake for the best dessert to have on hand anytime guests pop in!

BBQ Method Carrot Cake Muffins

Baking on the BBQ is a great way to have dessert ready when you're finished cooking dinner but the BBQ is still warm. Using the directions in the Field Guide to BBQ Baking on our home page, get your baking set up ready, follow the directions on the bag and grease a 12 cup muffin tin. You could also make 8 larger muffins. Bake for approximately 20 minutes but keep an eye on the if your BBQ temp is inconsistent. We LOVE to add things like blueberries into the carrot muffins but you could also substitute grated zucchini for carrots. Perfect all summer long!
